Consent to the provision of personal information *

Do you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of sending you your Cultural Heritage Tour Passport?

• Pursuant to Article 15 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, your personal information (name, contact information, address) shall be collected and used in order to manage your application and send you your Cultural Heritage Tour Passport. Your personal information shall not be used for any purpose other than the specified purpose. Should the purpose of collecting your personal information change, you will be notified in advance asking for your consent.
• The processing of your personal information for your Cultural Heritage Tour Passport shall be carried out by a consigned vendor, Aenda.Ltd., and once collected, your personal information shall be retained for 30 days from the date on which it was sent to the vendor. Once this retention period expires, your personal information shall be destroyed and discarded without delay.
• Pursuant to Article 16 of the Personal Information Protection Act, you may decline to consent to the collection and use of your personal information. If you decline to consent, you may not be able to apply and receive your Cultural Heritage Tour Passport via the online application process.
• This passport is not available for international delivery. Only foreigners in Korea can receive it, so please keep in mind when applying online. We apologize to those who applied for delivery from overseas. If you want to receive it offline, you can receive it at the KOREA HERITAGE TOURIST CENTER located on B1F of Incheon International Airport Terminal 1. Please don't forget to find it when you enter Korea.
